Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

* All original tags, seals, and protective coverings are intact.
* The return/exchange request is made *within 100 days* from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Refunds
* Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method after successful inspection of the returned product.
* Please allow *7–10 business days* for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
* If you’d like to exchange your product, you may choose another item of equal or higher value (in case of higher value, the price difference will be payable).
* Exchanges are processed once we receive and verify the original item.
